This means that our expert facilitators take care of the formation and the comprehensive development of the experience. Additionally, we have a network of consultants with whom you can continue the process.

Self-Care and Reconnection
This day in age so many people experience so much pressure at work, such as long hours and an unappreciative work environment. This leads to exhaustion and stress, making them feel the need to find a coherent sense in their lives. Self-care and reconnection with oneself are important to maintain balance in both work and personal relationships. This program offers a space where individuals can reconnect with essential elements for their self-fulfillment, through experiences involving the body, emotions, and relationships. This allows them to release tensions and expand their self-awareness, regaining the sense of their lives.
Powerful Lives
A powerful life involves being responsible for oneself and one’s relationships with others and the environment. Personal power is based on the ability to act and take responsibility for our actions. Recognizing, accepting, valuing, loving, and caring for others, as well as being recognized by them, are key elements. These relational dynamics generate powerful teams that can transform organizations and communities. This program aims to develop personal awareness, self-knowledge, and acceptance of our history, strengths, and virtues, to make conscious decisions and have a fulfilling and satisfying life.
Powerful Relationships
According to Arnoldo Cisternas and Joan Quintana, quality of life is determined by our relationships and our ability to co-create and contribute to society. Powerful relationships generate powerful teams that can change the world. As we grow, we tend to lose sight of the importance of interpersonal relationships. This program seeks to reconnect us with our relational being, improve our relationships, and strengthen teamwork. Through emotional challenges and awareness-raising spaces, individual and collective growth within the organization is encouraged.
Motivated and Committed Teams
Maslow’s theory explains that our motivations change as we meet different needs, from the basic to self-actualization. David Cooperrider, creator of the Appreciative Inquiry model, highlights the importance of a shared vision that inspires people to contribute their best and collaborate for the success of the organization. This program aims to rekindle motivation and commitment in each participant, recognizing their contributions and strengths, and promoting a shared vision that generates a sense of belonging and collaboration within the community.
Educational Communities
We carry out Relational Education experiences to transform and improve dynamics in educational communities. We contribute to the classroom and organizational climate, restoring and strengthening bonds through experiences in nature.
These experiences are specially designed for teachers and educational professionals, strengthening identity and bonds. This aligns with our purpose of providing students with meaningful relational growth.
These experiences are complementary, and their repetition strengthens teams across all relational dimensions of an educational community. Together, we work to create an educational environment that fosters authentic relational development and transformative learning.
